TIME BREAK-DOWN:

This program is intended to have an ideal duration of 3 calendar months to ensure maximum benefits and results.

However, I understand that life happens and we need to adapt, so I am happy to help.

Ideally, each week you would be expected to find the following times:

• Two 1-hour slots for therapy sessions
• 15-30 minutes daily, for your meditation practice
• 20-45 minutes daily, for your qigong practice
